1. Photo and Video Development Fund: Professionally created photos and videos reveal the beautiful sacredness of this work. We’ve covered the costs of gathering exquisite footage and photos, now let’s cover the costs of turning that into quality videos. $6100 (Click for more details...)

Our photo and video shoot in January 2009 was wildly successful, bringing us a wealth of new images that allow others a glimpse of the ecstatic life we support.  People who visit our website, search the Internet for sacred Tantra communities, or receive our e-mails will soon be able to see more fully who we are through the spectacular footage & photographs we gathered that day. 

A generous sponsor gifted the first $6000 to the Photo and Video Shoot, covering the initial costs of filming three days of workshop processes, Pujas, and interviews.  We now seek an additional $6300 to cover editing and production costs that will lead to our final product: professional-grade mini-videos that combine video, photo, and interview footage gracing many of our web pages and allowing like-minded seekers to learn details about our vast array of offerings. 

We believe this upgrade to our marketing materials, combined with a new web-based outreach strategy, greatly increases our capacity to attract new participants, thus enhancing the richness of the experiences each of us has when we are active in LoveJourney’s extraordinary communit

2. Remodeling Fund: Turns an old barn into a cottage for our founder, Evalena, and adds three rooms for overnights, thus opening new income streams to sustain the Temple. $10,000

1. Duck Barn: This remodel turns an old building at the back of the land into a cottage that includes a private studio that could either house our founder, Evalena, be a rental, or a home for an onsite caretaker of the land. It will add two private bedrooms for overnight stays.

We’ve already been gifted $200 for the subflooring and $1000 that bought a new roof. We are so fortunate to have a woman contractor and her helper donating their time, spearheading the project, and inspiring others to help -- using mostly donated materials and supplies. The remaining costs to be covered are detailed below.

Your gift translates to better accommodations for overnights during workshops, delightful spots for romantic getaways, and the satisfaction of adding more income streams to help sustain the Temple.

2. Painting of Therapy Room Building: The second building on the land got a new roof in our big remodel, but the last piece of making it beautiful is replacing the soffits that had to be removed and painting the exterior. We have work exchange to do all the work, need $950 in costs for plywood and paint.

3. Marketing Director: Contribute toward the salary of this part-time developer of our amazing new flyers, emails, web pages, photo shoot and marketing plans. Match LoveJourney’s $2000/month with $2000 more for one or more months.

4. Equipment Upgrades Fund: Upgrade sound system, microphones, computers. $2800

5. Circle of Hearts Scholarship Fund: Exists for women of limited financial means. A full Scholarship Fund would in turn fill all our events, benefit 20 or more women, and impact all whose lives they touch. $12,000 (More Information)

Small gifts count too, as $5 and $20, and $50 gifts have totaled nearly $5,000 in scholarships, benefiting many women and allowing for the Pujas and workshops to be gender balanced, thus making this work available to the men who wish to come.

Monthly automatic withdrawals are a lovely way to give, even $20 a month.

With Use The News Foundation as our fiscal sponsor, your donations to LoveJourney are now tax-deductible!

Use The News Foundation was established to encourage the use of media of all types (print, broadcast, cable, film, theater, Internet, etc.) as a tool for teaching and learning and as a means for obtaining information that one needs for basic life skills and to make informed decisions about one's own life. Because our offerings meet these criteria and because those who seek information about our services are using media for educational purposes, Use The News Foundation had determined that LoveJourney’s programs meets it’s goals and mission.
